Wife and I hooked up with a Havasu group here in Glamis.
Advantage owners mostly making the transition to Tri toons.

It’s much calmer than TDays past but parking is as bad as ever.

Friends with a new Challenger MoHo made a rookie mistake by not filling the water tank. They are also blocked in 3 rigs deep.
The water delivery/honey truck guys are all Pre booked. Forget it.

Maynard back home filled 60 gallons of water containers for them and the wife brought it out. That and a few of us donated more.
Baby bottle washing and showers are essential. Especially on a 10 day run out here.

The Paradise/Duner Diner is still a ways off from construction completion and closed.
That’s gotta hurt this is their bank time.

A few in the group had drive belts grenade and on a Can Am that usually means the shroud goes with it.
A couple blown Rzr engines but generally everyone having a good time no accidents.

We stopped of at Las Chabelas restaurant for excellent Margaritas and the owner told us this is a big business weekend for them too. "Lot's of dune site catering."

You'd think a couple food truck guys would've seen an opportunity out there....
A food truck / ice cream truck area(s) would work.
The ice cream trucks sell mostly ice. $10 a bag now. They are louder and more frequent and more combative against each other than ever.
The water trucks get $1 a gallon in and the honey trucks are $1 gallon out. It would cost RD $10 to pump down just one of his Paint Peeler loads. On TDay the trucks are pre booked in advance.
We pooled our money and got a cord of wood delivered.

Last time at NASCAR Phoenix it was flat rate $40 for both holding tank pump out and refill your fresh water regardless of the amount.
We used to roll in a week early and some rigs in the group the honey trucks couldn't reach so the wives all used our shower every day.
We tipped the hell outta the honey truck/freshwater guy so he stopped by every day with service gratis.
