This is why I go to a Crossfit gym. If you travel, no problem. There are probably gyms there and they take drop in's. BTW, there are no "Machines" at Crossfit guys. I'm in the best shape I've been in since my mid 20's. (that was a LONG time ago :grumble:)

Dang Mandy, Y'all really go the extra mile :cool:. We recycle and reuse. That's about it though. We also walk, run, and ride bikes instead of driving everywhere. Boating is our only sport that requires gas.
