This weeks update. Interior paint, cabinets, doors, AC & flooring going in as I post this. Outside plaster postponed due to 60% chance of rain.

Pool was done in 2013 by Mohave County Pools I'm told (previous owners did it) same pool guy since new. They don't have a very good rep. We haven't had any issues, however the only feature is spa jets (not pictured).

I could be wrong rumor had it several years ago DCB had a silent partner, if so that's when I thought there was a big surge in there sales....I want to say 2008 or so.
