Do you ever do Standing Rib Roasts Or Bone in Prime Rib which I believe are the same. There was this old steakhouse joint back in the Midwest.No frills just bad Ass prime Rib.This Cook did 30 for every Noon and 40-50 every evening and sold out no problem. I am spoiled by the Bone In as IMO...
