I believe that GT is building a compound deal,(turbos feeding a big whipple).. I hear closer to 1,900 HP

At the 1500-1900hp range, that's gotta push that boat north of 150?

Bucks 28 Nordic did 150 with similar power and the hulls are pretty similar in weight

Was just told last night that the motor is going to be 2,000+ HP and yes it will be with a #6.... Should be a fun boat

I think Bucks deal is a blown 580 that is a 1350 but on race gas... 1450-1,500? I"ve been in that boat.. Fast!!!

We've done single 28 Daytona's in the past but yes, this will be the first single 28 Speedster.

I've been working on the fabrication/rigging work on this motor for what seems like forever. I've never seen anything like it. Very curious to see how it does in the dyno. It's BIG and compound supercharged with (2) big intercoolers. And Hemi

Holy crap, is this boat even going to have room for a back seat?

On another note, I can't imagine the time it takes to design and then make run a setup like this. :thumbsup

Top and bottom are both done with the carbon/kevlar layup. Next is reinforcing with stringers and bulkheads.
