I got my blood results back yesterday and I have "Helicobacter pylori" which is a bacterial ulcer. Have to take 8 pills a day for two weeks to kill this thing and can't drink coffee, eat spicy foods or drink alcohol for two months.

Not to worry, I will medicate myself some other way

I'm generally supposed to eat healthy, bland foods but once in a while fried foods are okay as long as they are not spicy. The coffee has been hard but I'm getting used to it.
