540 Cubic Inch Blower Engine built by Pete Fleming. Dart Tall Deck Block, Calis Crank, Oliver Rods, Arias Pistons, Billet Fabrication Oil Pan, ATI Damper, Polished Pro Aluminum Heads, Jesel Shafted Rockers, ARP Studs, Crane Hydraulic Roller Cam and Lifters, Gear Drive, Full MSD Marine Ignition, Littlefield 1071 Blower, Blower Shop Billet Intercooler, Dual 850 AED Blower Carburetors. 25 hours on engine. Set-up for 7 lbs of boost. This engine is complete and includes all brackets, the power steering pump, water pump, alternator and starter. It also includes the large oil cooler, power steering cooler, engine wire loom, sea strainer, remote fuel filter head, remote oil filter head, braided lines and pre-luber. I bought this boat with this engine and am putting stock power back in it, so I will not need these accessories. The only thing that I am keeping from this engine is the exhaust (since it is custom to the boat), the two side motor mounts, bell housing and senders for the gauges. I took the boat out and the engine ran and idles great with no oil or fuel leaks. The engine is still in the boat so you can hear it run until the new engine is finished.

Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. $17,000.00

I saw this engine on Sunday. It's a very nice piece. Someone is getting a smoking deal on a quality engine. Hope you sell it quick.

Thanks Sean.

And yes I did post the add with no price. I thought I could sneak it in later but got caught.

Something to keep around for a spare if someone has the same rigging... price seems reasonable if all is in order

What are you planning to replace it with?

I am rebuilding a stock Mercruiser 502 EFI for it. The 502 engine is complete with all coolers, serpentine belt setup and all the accessories. It should be done in a few weeks.

Do you know how what year it was rebuilt

I am not sure what year. It was all done by the previous owner through Bad Attitude Marine in Parker. I was told it had less than 25 hours. The original owner is deceased.

When I lake tested the boat it ran perfect to 6,000 RPM. The prop (28 pitch) was too small for the power, so I backed out of it.

$30,000 motor if you had to build it, at $18,000 a very good deal

I took the boat out again with this engine and it ran great. No loading up, doesn't die when you put it in gear and the back of the boat is not all black. After it is warmed up it starts easy and idles nice with no throttle input, just turn the key. I have the original receipts for the engine listing the internals. I just lowered the price to $17,000. That price includes Sea Strainer, Oil Cooler, HP6 Oil Filter Head, Fuel Filter Head, Braided Lines and MasterLube Pre-oiler. This engine runs great and needs nothing.
