Actually the opposite... all out of state plates. Looks like some midwest defectors. Had a newer Challenger (same state) following right on that setups ass too. I'm sure the driver has his triples endorsement. :rolleyes

this guy got busted shortly after i took this pic. i cant imagine how much a 80mph+ when you should be going 55 and in the carpool lane with a trailer ticket would be...

If there was more than one person in that truck then I think he was doing the right thing. Can't go 55 in the carpool lane otherwise your just impeding traffic.

I have yet to see anyone ever getting nailed for towing in the carpool lane. There's never a CHP around when you want one.

you cant go in the carpool lane because trucks with trailers are limited to the right lane ONLY. and only the 2 far right on a 4+ lane.
