Team Hellrazor at the Robinvale 80 Blitz race 2014, sets a new course record with skiers Peter Proctor and Jason Walmsley. At the start they hit 137 mph and on the last straight away hit 139 mph :yikes

I'm thinking at that speed, with that roost,..... could you really tell if you lost a skier?...or were dragging him by the feet?:yikes

Very impressive to say the least. I would like to see a closer look at the boat.

Very impressive, do we know anything about the boat, speed is impressive alone, let alone towing a couple of skiers.

That river looks just like where I like to ski.

The Sacramento river.

Those Aussies are doing some impressive stuff. They have some single outboard guys putting up big numbers also.

Holy crap, that was impressive.
I saw what looked like fishpot buoys on the route as well as numerous birds scared up by the boat. :yikes

Could you survive a fall at that speed? Seems unlikely.
Not that it matters, but anyone know if they use special skis for this sort of thing?

Just guessing here, but they must be using speed skis, they are very long, square on the back and have big bindings, Very stable and made for one thing, going fast and straight.
