There's a company in Bakersfield building them now I do believe. And I believe they built a track in Bako

Yo - they deflate the kart tires and slip the PVC over and reinflate.

Drift king I think is the name of them. A couple of my neighbors have them and a buddy of mine built 3-4 of them. Pretty cool looking setups. They make the frame and provide the axle and a few other odds and ends. All you have to buy is a harbor freight 4 stroke motor and a bicycle front end. Here's a few of the rat rod style one he built.

The motor is cheating. You got to do it old school and ride that thing down the mountain with no brakes

I live in Phoenix, I have no mountains that I can do this in... so I have to cheat :thumbsup

But how cool would it be if we get a few of these and go to the local karting track and put on a drift show:yikes
