Maha 360 rehab #2

Picked up this lacquer top wood 360 for a good price. It's a little rough around the edges but the price was right. Gonna refinish it and update the bindings, etc. To make a nice play ski.

Stripped the bindings and hardware off and started removing the old finish.

I'm not in a hurry to finish this so will update as I work on it.

No being summer and the heatwave we have had. Haven't been able to mess with it. I got another project ski coming as well. Lol

Spent a little time today sanding the bottom and getting it ready for the finish.

Not sure if I'm going to go with the traditional graphics on the top and just buff out the lacquer or what yet. Kinda kicking the idea around of just a vinyl wrap type thing or just buff out the lacquer and do no graphics. Need to find a set of bindings as well as I'm not a fan of the maha bindings.

Got the first coat on the bottom today.

Pulled off most the graphics and polished the top of the ski. So far it's turning out good. Will most likely keep it this way. Scored a set of venom high wraps. So will out this on instead of the maha bindings it had on it.
