The TOP 10 THREADS VOTE HERE - For the Gibson Exhaust Contest

First I would like to say it was extremely difficult to pick 10 threads out of my list that I put up the other day.. I went round and round and kept coming up with 14 threads that were all extremely qualified to enter. Ultimately though I had to remove "responses and views" from the equation (sorry MBrown) and just go for what I felt best represents "RDP" as a board.. That comes down to trip pics, good times, event coverage, and the amount of effort a poster put into the equation.

The thread finishes off with photo's and videos from the members that participated. Getting together and meeting new people is definitely what RDP is all about.

7. OldSchooBoats - http://www.riverdavesplace.com/foru...Old-School-Boats-2014-Damn-Dam-Run-Chronicles Oldschool boats actually had 2 threads that qualified, but I had to pick one of them.. It was either his big bear trip or the Dam Run.. I felt documenting the beginning to the end on both weekend trips were awesome, but the pics were better in the Dam Run thread.. Plus one of his kids was wearing an RDP hat in the dam run thread..

8. liquidated Images - http://www.riverdavesplace.com/forums/showthread.php?119856-Catalina-In-A-Video This thread and video will make anybody want to broaden their horizons and try a different type of boating, and head to Catalina to hang out in the bay!

9. KNOTONDUTY - http://www.riverdavesplace.com/forums/showthread.php?119794-Wife-s-birthday-weekend A great Birthday weekend at the river with great pics.. And a picture of them climbing the rigging of the pirate boat at Pirates Cove? (How the hell did you get up there?)

10. Shintooo - http://www.riverdavesplace.com/forums/showthread.php?120272-Shintooooo-goes-to-Vegas A great thread full of hot chicks on a Vegas Adventure.. Shows the lifestyle outside of boating, Plus post # 46 clinched it..

Lots of cool threads from the fellow inmates :thumbsup Thanks for the shares.

All the years of boating, never made it passed Cottonwood. Great time for me and the mrs. to relax and take in desert. And met a few inmates too. Damn Dam Run has my vote.

It was one of the final contenders HSH... But I had to pick 10, and those were the 10 that I picked for a long list of reasons. I liked the thread and the video quite a bit! Or it wouldn't have been on that list.

Wow all worthy threads!

The video ones really stand out absolutely outstanding work.

Raffit78---Had me until I saw the guy jump off the back of the boat while running...Edit is in order. Your video is a great example of the Havasu wakeboard scene nicely done.

Liquidated Damages---So much fun to watch your video had me smiling the whole time. It would be a great video for BoatUS. The downer was... it was on a sailboat versus a performance boat nevertheless outstanding vid.

Campbell Carl---You hit it out of the park. Performance boats great runs photos and videos. It would be nice to attend your event and do the run.

All the thread selections were awesome Shintooo gets honorable mention for a non boating thread....

But drunk chicks all over each other in Vegas represents the core of the boating site!....Heck, Frenchie's dam run thread back in the day could have taken top honors, boating, nude chicks, coke (machine), and bestiality... ....I thought the this core of the site was drama and the hate of anything non performance! ....just f'n with u RD....I think you picked a good representation...:thumbup:
