Her she is all put together. 220volt, 3 ph, 3,000 p.s.i. pump. Dual controls (so the dumbass running it has to have both hands on levers, otherwise it could run on one valve). 3 x 3 x .188 wall H.R.T. frame. 1.5 thick alum top plate. Wood shelf so they can store crap. Leveling pads (seen on shelf). 1018, black oxided mandrels. 4" dia cylinder with a 14" stroke.
It shoves both sleeves at once, all in one push. When tube mandrels bottom out on both ends, It's done. Then it rapids out which is controlled by a speed control (the little valve with dial by the levers). 15 sec cycle time. Took about 40 hrs. to design and build.
