And he doesn't even have the right tools. Notice that he has 2 hammers and neither one look like the right tool. LMAO :D

The 10x12 one I built a few years back cost me about a grand in materials. And that included the cost of the slab of concrete I poured. Tough shed makes a killing off theirs.

About 300 because my buddy got some sort of deal. Still have a couple $100 more to buy Metal would be cheaper and faster IMO I'm doing one of those next week.i

Sorry, The hammers looked like drywall hammers on my phone. At least it is a Claw hammer. And you are right about getting things done......Over time. :D
Gotta ask, Are you going to Drywall the inside too?:)
I truly am not insulting you, I am just picking at you in good fun. Most peeps wouldn't have any idea how to build a shed and therefore not even attempt it. At least you are trying. :D

Lol I am. It's actually getting a wall in the middle to separate two dogs. It's a dog house [emoji5]️

If it is going to be a dog house, why don't you use plywood inside rather than drywall? It will last much longer.

That's probably a better idea. I have a bunch of extra drywall so just figured I'd use it. Don't want the pups getting splinters [emoji4]

Union or not. The employer will be the one having to pay the extra insurance costs ir there is a accident. On certain jobs I have to give the companies insurance mod # before I'm even allowed to bid the job. I have seen worse though. :)

Oh geeze here we go... It's all in good fun. Vic would do the same if it was some non-union guy showing off his stuff. The struggle is real.

Seriously...I wonder how many of the people busting his balls check the union status of their gardeners?

Any volunteers?

My guy just sold out. Even though they raised the price I guarantee no Union. The service did improve

I'm not sure if that'll pass inspection on proper setback. [emoji5]️[emoji5]️

You'd think on a half acre we'd have thought that through :D

It will be completely gone in the next two weeks. Damn dogs are spoiled lol

The couple who I'm building the shed for just found out the husband has osteomyelitis. They are good friends of my wife and good people. I was already doing the labor as a favor just charging for material but when I explained to my boss he's in the hospital and going to lose his leg he gave me everything I need to finish which is really cool of him. If u guys can keep David and Kiki in your thoughts and prayers id appreciate it. Thanks
