Looks clean. I would slam it down and chrome it out and show it :). I like to know how much you could get for it ?

Guess again. We just sold some 2005's. Pete 379X (long hood) C-15, large sleeper, all aluminum.... With higher mileage but still super clean. Best offer $13,500. If it's a 2007 with a 2007 engine (art head, compound turbo's) and all the smog crap, it only has 170,000 miles because it spends more time in the shop than on the road.

Must admit, it looks real clean so no offense, but you can buy that same truck for under $20,000 righ now. Or buy a lesser quality and refurbish. Go to Truckpaper.com for comparisons.

We still have a classic. 1991 Pete 379X with 48" flat top, 425cat, 18 speed, slammed, full fendered, chrome and polish everything. 6 years ago did a frame off restore, powder coat frame, radiator, all reman parts. Offered $8,500. Decided to keep and let rot in front of the store.

Still have 22 trucks, all 2010 or newer. 2014's cost us $152,000

It's the sign of the times here in Calif with used trucks.

Damn
well not going to sell it for that.
FYI it has low miles because it is only used to haul a production trailer that is either parked on site or in our warehouse.

I'd be your huckleberry if you cut an axle off and it was titled as an RV. :D

Unfortunately I don't think that thing will survive the tier requirements by 2018 if registered commercial.

Bad ass truck that doesn't deserve what it would bring $$ in CA

Buying a diesel powered anything is like buying a 1974 American car pure junk because of all the smog crap, they spend more time in the shop than on the road, hopefully in another 15 years they'll get them right.

Go to www.truckpaper.com and look it up yourself. Sell it to someone out of state. You can un ACERT a cat real easy for about $5000. They basicly turn it into a 6NZ motor which is a good thing. I've seen it done and have several friends that have done it. Worx bitchen!

But truck will need a $15,000 particulate muff if its gonna be run in CA, and it will still have to be gone by 2021.

Isn't that the truth. Another 30k and it will need a rebuild. We managed to squeak 250k out of mine, but before the engine went the trany went.
