Folks heading north on the 5 through San Clemente were screwed last night. Looked like a crane tipped and was blocking all the lanes. Backed up for miles.

I5 through San Clemente is always a problem. Fire dept and CHP can't get their asses off the freeway...lookie loos totally stop traffic.
