Where is this ? do you have low snow condition,s and warm weather there ?
I sold my mountain sled in November and bought a trail sled I figured I would get back into trail riding , the sled has not moved since I bought it .We have not had any snow to speak of all winter just cold we are supposed to get our biggest snow this year tomorrow maybe 3 to 4 inch,s WOW . It,s a sad sight for Minnesota .:grumble:
Yes I have really been pissed off about it this year! I like this more than boating
Why would you need a mountain sled in Minnesota? Eh?
I had been going west since 96, Montana , Wyoming , Colorado , we were in Wyoming early last march they had 90+ inches but it was wet and sticky the sled,s were over heating so we only stayed a couple day,s .
Yes it is an older 800. The newer ones are actually more compact. And yes it is a 2 stroke, they really pretty much dominant the snow mobile world. Yamaha is the only company that I know has a heavy 4 stroke.
 I've only ridden a few and they seemed bigger. Those things are a blast. I thought most were 4 strokes.
Good climb , video & pics are very deceiving , I love thrashing through the tree,s . I have had 4 summit,s all stock 00 700, 01 700, a new 06 800 and my last 09 800 .I would never buy new again three of the 4 were rentals I bought and never had a problem 2k to over 5k mile,s on them .
Most all are two stroke. It is the most incredible fun and exciting outdoor rec activity there is..There isnt even a remotely close 2nd.JusSayn..Is that an old sled? Looks really small and sounds like a 2smoke?

I watched the video and it filled my house up with 2 cycle fumes. I got to snowmobile that whole area east of Park City just before the 2002 Winter Olympics. I'm sure open land in that area is just a thing of the past...
