Yes it is Mt. Diablo.

Here is another of Discovery Bay.

It isn't a sunrise or sunset, but it is an interesting pic of Lake Tahoe. I was with Grads and Mrs. Daytona (Mrs. Grads).

yes, good eye. early sunset over the prison with a 4 stop ND filter and a white balance tweak to achieve the blue cast.
