It will take me awhile to edit up the videos shot from the go pros etc. Here's a quick vid I shot with my cell phone. It is a remarkable boat.

Impressive.
I must say, I had my doubts that it would run that fast.
It's an amazing piece of work.

Either the camera operator is drunk, or those Schiadas don't run as flat as everyone says. Got motion sick trying to read the gauge. LOL [emoji23]

I didn't think that beast would run as well as it did. Pretty impressive.

Looks like it run's very strong for such a big boat!! It sounded like the motor's where still coming on? Lee said 2 yrs ago when I first seen it being built it would run 90-95. I sure think thats pretty darn good since he's never built a 43 with 700's before...

Here are my pics from the Ride. The boat is just massive.. As you can see by the wake, at slower speeds it resembles more like a surface drive cruiser, then a hot rod.. Once it gets up on top though, if hauls ass.

It's kinda surreal seeing the wake behind this thing, and the propwash..

Pic 1, about 20-25mph

The next pics were shot at 80+

(Note this pic is showing 88-89 mph.. The GPS recall in the boat with 4 passengers, full of fuel, etc.. 89.4. I suspect if you dropped a couple hundred gallons of fuel and only ran it with a 100 gallons in it, it would run low 90's)

As massive as it is, it still pushes you back in the seat when you get to the midrange. It's really impressive for 700's. I wouldn't have thought it would run this hard with that little HP.

It's also kind of weird that when you are in it, it doesn't feel like you are running 80's. I double checked the speedo a couple times during the ride, especially when you are cruising 50 - 60'ish.. People can get up and walk around like it's nothing.

Before we left Lee was chilling out on his favorite part of the boat.

IMG_3267.jpg

Didn't take long for Katherine (PT's friend) to join him.

Schiada Tom was showing me that even the trash cans were upholstered.. LOL
