 just got my new MAHA ready to try for the weekend!

Let me know what you think. My wife was busting my balls telling me I could have had a new one made for what I've spent on old skis.

I just got one used like new blank 67 fastback from Bob Maha.
And a the 69" classic 360 Like New for a little less then one brand new.
That's how much I like them 

Of all the skis that I bought over the years the only want to have kept was the fastback which was brand-new.

Does Bob Maha have slightly used skis he sells? Or is this the buddy hook up?

I showed you that glass 360 last week, that ended up selling for more than double what you could have had it for.

I know. But I didn't really "want" it. I'm sure another will come up for sale. That one probably needed $300 in bindings. I'm into my new ski for less than a Maha would've cost me.

I use to. It's been about 7 years. will be doing it again on the delta over the fourth. I have a boom now and will go to that and then go behind the boat after a few practice sessions. Nothing like what your doing.:thumbup:

Ya, it says call Bob. I called Bob one time, very nice guy.

He use to have his prices on his website. He wanted $1700.0 for a new slalom with bindings. I wasn't THAT interested.
I have no idea what he gets for a new Fastback these days.

Didn't realize he took the prices off. I want to say an exotic wood fastback is in the range as well.

I thought you said you didn't make money on them?

I didn't. But I was able to sell all the skis I had and buy a schiada. Was probably better off with the skis. Lol

Now if I would've kept them and sold them for what the last couple 360s I watched sell went for....then I would've made some money.

I started skiing at a young age, but never got anywhere near the level some of you guys are at. Never tried a speed ski either which is on my bucket list.

20 years ago, a friend invited my girlfriend and I down to Canyon lake to watch while they practiced for the next ski jump competition. Definitely different to see this from the boat. Takes some balls. :thumbsup

Sorry for the video quality.

Big deference between the to skis. 67" smaller tail. 360 70" wider tail.

There used to be a group of board members that skied Maine stadium all the time. Not sure if they still do. I would be down to go, but this back thing isn't getting any better. [emoji107]

For the most part in better off in the field than sitting at my desk. I do have to be selective of which calls I go on though. And be very careful not to over do it. [emoji107]

None of them are close other than Arrowhead. Thanks. Wonder if I could start my own at the local lakes. How would you go about that to have your own area?
