They own the whole building. It is a giant where house that is sepersted into two or three sections. It's a bad ass shop!

WHATS UP GUYS,YES WE ARE DONE RACING. THE ONE END OF THE SHOP FOR STORAGE SHOULD HOLD AROUND 15 -20 BOATS . WHEN IT FILLS UP WE WILL OPEN MORE
SPACE.

Isn't the warehouse type joints typically done by leaving the boat or RV etc in a secure lot with cameras etc and not just left outside insecure? Seems like unsecure open yard here. Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

Not down in Parker. Boat storage in town is the same program. Except they are less flexible on pick up and delivery.

Maybe just up in Needles and Mohave Valley then. I'm with him. No way in hell. Yeah during work hours when someone is there but not middle of the night if lot is not secure. Something to think about in order to fill to capacity.
