I went and checked it out while I was up in Bullhead checking on my Dads lot. It's a nice lot, you should just build on it instead of giving it away. Prices in Bullhead are on there way back, my condo I bought in 2011 has just about doubled in price. By the way, I took some pictures of your lot that I sent to my Dad. I will look for them to see if I still have them if you think it will help sell your lot.

I still don't understand some of the lot pricing in Bullhead. Some of them seem way too low.Yup I believe building soon. I was bummed when it sold but happy when I found out where it went. 😎
