I told my Dad to put the word out about your lot (seems like a good deal). He has a lot a couple miles away from yours. You don't want to know what he paid for his. lol By the way what is the association dues for the property?

I went and checked it out while I was up in Bullhead checking on my Dads lot. It's a nice lot, you should just build on it instead of giving it away. Prices in Bullhead are on there way back, my condo I bought in 2011 has just about doubled in price. By the way, I took some pictures of your lot that I sent to my Dad. I will look for them to see if I still have them if you think it will help sell your lot.

Here's a couple more. I am pretty sure this is Lot 16.

It amazes me that lots like these are still so inexpensive. I am pretty sure Steve's lot was at least $70,000+ back in 2005 maybe even more. For an example, my father sold his house in Bullhead for a pretty penny (over double what he had in it) in 2005 and then in 2006 he ran into the lady that owned a lot that he always wanted to buy but it had never came up for sale. So he asked the lady when he ran into her if she wanted to sell her lot and she said yes. This lot had an unobstructed view of the casino's and no one could build to block it. He thought it was probably one of the best view lots in Bullhead. So he picked it up for $190,000 at the end of 2006.

About eight months later the neighbor to the right of my Dad's lot offered my Dad $240,000 for it (my Dad didn't take it). The neighbor was kind of upset because he just finished building his house and my Dad was going to block his view once he built on it because the only view the neighbor had was through my Dad's lot. Well the neighbor ended up buying the lot on the other side of my Dad's (another lot with unobstructed view of the casino's) for $250,000 in 2008.

I truly wonder if we will see these prices again in Bullhead.

On a side note the neighbor that bought the lot was a great guy and sadly, the guy ended up getting sick and passing away shortly after.

I still don't understand some of the lot pricing in Bullhead. Some of them seem way too low.

Some friends just bought an older double wide on the river with dock for $325. It was listed in dec for $480 they said.
