I am pretty sure Teague and Boostpower both offer packages, give them a call. Not sure about pricing or parts.

Heads, Cam, and intake/EFI change and you'll be close. Try B&D on here.

I'm also gonna be ready for a refresh as soon as summer is over. I have the same 500efi with 240hours and 140 of those hours with the whipple. It's been super reliable and want to keep it that way. Everyone I've talked to recommends upgrading to aluminum heads. Teague wants $12k to rebuild plus another $3k for the aluminum head upgrade. I know Teague motors are top notch but I'd like to talk to a couple other good marine engine builders before I decide who I want to do the work. So I'll stay posted as I'm in a similar boat

Give Brian at B&D a call when you're ready. You won't be disappointed and he takes care of rdp members.
