So who drew tags?

I got a cow elk tag here in NV. Anyone else going hunting?

Didn't draw an elk tag here in az. Hope to draw another deer tag as well as a javelina tag.

Tried for a California X zone (Sierra's) but got denied. Backup was Big Bear. I know someone who knows where they are up there. Figured it wouldn't hurt to try for Sierra's and be one of the 10% that gets random. Wish I'd have been doing it all these years to accumulate preference points. Oh well at least I have a grand total of 1 point now.

Will also try and get to Colorado or this year maybe or somewhere I know people and can get an over the counter tag and have them take me to the good spots.

Deer. Hard enough for that here. I'm not going to try and draw an elk or something.

Elk in AZ.

I drew ethier sex elk 4th rifle season in Colorado units 70-71-711. Best thing abouth ethier sex tags is if I don't see any 4 point or better I can knock a cow down again (hopefully). The pictures attached are of a trip a couple of years ago. It was just me and the wife when some cows ran by. Lucky for us another couple came down the trail and helped us get it in the basket after about an hour of us trying to get it in. Never again will I not bring a winch.:bash:

Years ago I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to get a Utah Lifetime license. Basically, its a Combo Hunting/ Fishing license that also comes with a Mule Deer tag.

That was back in '92 and I get a mule deer tag every year,, free of charge. Now elk on the other hand,, same as the rest of you. Struck out again in AZ this year.

bummed I didn't draw this year.

we saw a shit ton of deer near lake cachuma 3 weeks ago. about 7 am right near the road, we were on san marcos pass. don't hunt, but I would like to eventually!

Chomping at the bit. Can't wait till December.
