Ok...

So I've been reading a bit trying to figure out if my batteries are wired correctly. I've drawn up the basic set up. My main concern is are my #2 and #3 batteries getting charged with the Perko set to "all" or "#2"? If not, what do I need to do to make that happen? I'm about positive the hot wire from the Alternator is going to the Batt #1 positive terminal but I don't have the boat here to confirm.

Understanding electrical is a foreign lanuage to me so type real slow:D

Thank you in advance.

typically the alternator cable goes from the alternator to the starter, then the perko hot should go to the starter. If you have it wired as you have drawn it, then yes it should charge on #2 or all.

Wiring looks correct. To keep from having to switch to ALL to charge the stereo/house batteries, get an automatic charging relay. This waits until your #1 battery is fully charged, then sends the charge over to the house/stereo batts, so your engine battery is always first priority, but you don't need to change the ENGINE battery selector. Something like this: https://www.bluesea.com/products/7610/SI-ACR_Automatic_Charging_Relay_-_12_24V_DC_120A

I'd also put a high amp ON/OFF switch between the batts and your stereo gear. Something like this: https://www.bluesea.com/products/category/Manual_Battery_Switches/m-Series
