I'll post some pics of the boat later. It's a 2007(I think) Evolution with a turbo 275 OB. Does pretty good. Good stereo with synchronized light set up. First time I didn't have to drive.

We're renting it. Nice place for sure but it's still under construction and the AC doesn't work that great.

There's only a couple. The AC is fine but a couple rooms run a lot hotter than the others, mine being one of them. All is good we are all having a great time.

If it's the construction going on river front just on the Parker side of the keys, directly across from the Mexican Food place, it's not a dairy farmer. He already has a house in the keys, big grey one with the red chairs, about the 7th house in on the right, next to the ramp. 36' Nor Tech, Phat Cat and about 10 others. The new house is gonna be a mind blower!
