I'm not a LAM guy but I'll support the new Forums ;)
I shopped around a while and with the help of Paul65K I decided on a Seville build. After looking at a few models, and maybe Paul will chime in on this, when I walked into the Seville model I was impressed. Wes Yonda, Seville Builders, has been incredible......Here are a few pics, it's still a month or so away from being done.

Is this the same model style on acoma, looked at it a few weeks ago and really like the open feel with kitchen, dining, and family room.

Looks great! I really liked that model. Did everything go well with the build, hidden or unexpected costs? I've been considering on selling mine and building one like yours. Value just isn't there yet on mine to rollover a nice down, i bought in 05 and spent way to much then and built a large detached. Did you already have lot?

Good looking house. The front patio looks like a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and/or enjoy a sunset with a cold drink in hand.

Is that a built in swamp cooler on the garage wall?

Yes, 2 Bonaire swamps on the side. They work really good

House looks great. We drove through havasu today and I thought the models on the corner was kind of strange. Not the looks, but the concept but it must work.[emoji106]
Congrats

I was referring to the model homes on Acoma and the 95. It looked like there were 2 homes there as showcases?

Can't wait to see it all completed. Thank you for letting us look at your pool when we were pool shopping. You will enjoy it when it's done! You also inspired Ziggy to install a doggy door for our dog after seeing yours. Thank you!

Thank you! The pool is 12X25, cost was 35k including the travertine under the house patio and the raised deck. Pool was done by Sandcastle Pools and I would certainly recommend them to anyone!!

Well, I finally got the landscaping in and the back yard is pretty much done. Just a lot of touch up work to do..... IMG_7936.jpg IMG_7938.jpg IMG_7939.jpg IMG_7946.jpg IMG_7947.jpg 20170112_182001.jpg

Looks great. I priced out a 1bed/1bath addition with Flying J and he showed up when he said he would (actually 5 mins early was his norm) and did what he said he would. You definitely get what you pay for with Jeff. :thumbsup Hopefully I can use him in the future, budget permitting.
