Stole this from Facebook and gave it a whirl over the weekend. It came out awesome. It was done at about the 6.5hr mark and I think it would of started to dry out if we would of left it in for the full 8. If you like heat, I'd suggest to add more peppers 5 was very mild in my opinion. Next time I think we will do 10.

Dig it
A pot roast with a can or two of Cream of Mushroom soup dumped on top is also pretty easy...add some veggies for bonus points.

I wish I'd discovered a crock pot back when I was single...I'd probably still be single LOL :D

I usually will do a Chuck Roast in the crock with this,

1 can of Whole tomatoes
tspn minced garlic
1 yellow chili Cali
dab of worcester sauce
dab of soy sauce
pinch of red peppers
small can of Pineapple
eat over some Mash potatoes or throw on a nice french roll!

I recently did one with a package of Lipton onion soup mix, some chopped veggies and a large can of beer. Turned out well!

1 other thing I forgot to mention. It calls for 1 stick of butter, but we only used half.
