Get this shit. Just got a call from them saying my card was not able to process. Card was replaced due to fraud months ago. Well they tell me I owe 150.00. I say cancel it.
She says well you need to pay for the portion of June.
I say you weren't able to process my card so why did my service continue?
We go back and forth and she hung up on me lol. How can I pay for a year of something and then you can't process the new payment but still continue my service?
