1lb lean ground turkey. Chop and brown in a pan.
Add:
1 Red bell pepper. Chopped and seeded.
1 can water chestnuts. Chopped
3-4 green onion. Chopped.
Cook 5 minuted more to sweat the veggies.
Wrap:
Ice berg Lettuce. Cut in half, washed and leafed. Easy way to leaf iceberg is to hold it under running cold water. Drain on a dish towel.
Sauce
1/3 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/3 C Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbs or more Thai Chili Sauce or Sriracha.
Optional additions:
Dry Mustard
Chili Oil
Jalepenos
Chopped peanuts.
I brown the turkey, add the veggies and half the sauce. Cook 5-7 minuted more until the veggies sweat.
Scoop the meat/veggie mixture into a lettuce leaf and spoon on sauce. I top with extra Sriracha.
