How do u flip a boat over to paint the bottom?

So I'm planing on painting the bottom of the boat next week.
Easiest way I can see doing it is by rolling it over.
But how without scratching it?

I'll probably have a fork lift and 2-3 guys.

How big of a boat? here are a couple options, I didn't have mid point of the flat.. basically hoist in the front to keep the nose in the air we had some rolls of carpet laid out and just walked her over. padded bunks pads across the dolly and set her back down on the dolly.

Yeah that's the way most people have looked to have done it.
Once it was over centre did it want to take off or did it come around nice?
