Before I start popping the listings up online, I want to take a second to say how extremely proud I am of my Stacy and Paul. They have handled quite a few RDP members deals, and deals outside of RDP, and all I'm hearing are rave reviews across the board. I'm not keeping exact track of it all because I have been slammed with RDP stuff, but this month alone they have crazy amount of homes in Escrow right now.
That all said RDP has been great for finding Buyers, but it also serves as a resource that no other realtor locally has for showcasing listings. To put it simply They get to show case their listings to over 60,000 people a month that live out of town and have a primary interest in Lake Havasu / Parker and the surrounding areas. (Something to strongly consider if you are considering listing your house with an RE agent out here)
If you are interested in any of these houses or are interested in listing your house you can call Stacy Johnson @ 928-706-4200 or Paul Bruce @ 928-846-9611
So the first two listings that RDP is going to showcase is "RiverDavesPlace" My Families house in the keys that I grew up in, and basically started my entire love for the river, and Performance Boats in general! The second will be "Cup" which is a large house on the golf course.
The house is a little over 2,000 Square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a double wide Boat Deep garage. I've had a 22 Nordic / 224 Stoker in there no problem. (You can fit a 25 with a breakaway tongue). Has a giant Patio for Entertaining and is pretty much loaded with all the goodies. Huge Viking BBQ, Stainless Appliances right down to the warming drawer, ridiculous showers and bathrooms, Undercounter lighting you name it, it's got it.
Being that this is the house I grew up in, I'll give you some History on it, and some of the cool things about it as we go through the pics.
The house has a considerable amount of parking, compared to most houses in the keys.

Walking in the house and looking back at the Front door. From this perspective there are two guest bedrooms on the right and the Master on the left. (Most of which are out of frame in the photo)

After you walk past the bedrooms you will walk down four stairs, and the Pool table will be to your left, Couches straight ahead. The entire back of the house opens up to a view of the Canal. You can open all the sliding glass doors for entertaining when during the months when the temps are moderate or at night if you are having a get together.

From there if you Turn right you will see the Dining room and the Kitchen. Some of you may remember the giant remodel we did a few years back where we pretty much redid the entire house. Tile throughout, Granite accents in the tile :compass in the entry way and granite borders and baseboards, for lack of a better term. All new Stainless Appliances, including a warming drawer, and an automated down draft fan etc.. Not sure why they didn't take a picture of it, but there's a very unique "trough" sink in the bar / RO system that runs to the kitchen sink and the bar, Icemaker.. It's pretty much loaded with every single thing you can think of including under cabinet lights etc. (You know me and my gadgets.. I can't help myself. Even the light switches are all digital and will count down and shut themselves off when you want to go to bed)

Looking Back towards the bar area. (Note the granite shelves on the wall of the bar and granite inlays in the tile in the wall. You can also see the Convection Oven / Microwave / Big Oven / and Warming drawer below
