I think that's what my buddies dad's is. Whippled 525's. Bought it with almost no hours. I think it had only been tested. Runs and sounds awesome

Thought the same thing until we made the trip out from SoCal to see it... Needs a ton of work.

Do you have any better pictures ? Side of boat? hard to tell what the gel looks like.

That's the only reason I would think this would be sitting for so long. I know of ones similar to this that have sold for 75k.

If I'm not mistaken the 525's need top end work done around 300 hours as well?

These pictures are pretty old. When I saw it Larry was cool. I ran the motors and checked all fluids, lines etc. Boat had a ton of water in it. Tank coffin was full, bilge was full, ski locker full. Made me nervous. Has been sitting out.

The gel is in good shape. A few small nicks. My main concern was the starboard side near the keel. Looked like a bad attempt to repair.

The upholstery is faded and rock hard as well as the teak flooring needs to be replaced. Too far gone to save.

Gauges need to be refaced.

Depending on interior cost 20-25k should do it. We offered him 50k. They turned us down. Motors, drives and ITS are worth 40-50k. The boat is free!!

I would definitely change the description to 525 efi's. Those engines are not 525 SC's. Huge difference.
Those engines and drives are pretty much worth the asking price of the whole boat.
