Thanks everyone. We are very excited.

Here are some pictures of what it will look like. Landscape will be much more, my wife picked out 85 plants and all decking is silver travertine. The backyard is going to be awesome plus it appears to be low/no maintenance

Looks awesome. I would avoid the palm under the patio cover up against the house but that is just me.

No palms anywhere, that was just for illustration during the pool design. We are doing much more desert friendly plants with a modern design/layout.

Bingo! No maintenance. After having a 3rd acre of grass in Phoenix I wanted the exact opposite. Now my weekend not in Havasu can be spent enjoying the pool and not doing yard work.

looks very nice! How much more expensive was silver travertine decking? compared to other options? PM if you would like

Thank you. Silver Travertine was double the price of concrete with acrylic lace decking and about 1.5 times regular pavers.

How long do you have to wait before you can jump in?

They said it should be ready to get in this weekend. I hope so because my daughter comes home from a week at grandmas and will be in for a big surprise.

Very nice. What a great surprise to come home to. What pool surface did you go with and what color is that?

The finish is radiant fusion (micro pebble tech) and color is radiant pearl (white/grey with blue, teal and Aqua glass beads).

The pool fence is for Phoenix city code. It was either that or put auto close on my 20ft and 15ft pocket sliders and that was not going to happen.

The fence is all the way around the pool and is removable in less than 5min. It was the best option for us allowing our daughter the freedom to play in the back yard but not have access to the pool. IMG_2907.jpg
