I'm looking for a 11-12" lathe for my home shop. Looking at something like a Logan, Atlas or South Bend. Might entertain a 10" but it's gotta be something nice to make me go that route. Not looking to spend a lot as its only for occasional home use so would like to stay in the $400-750 range. Just missed out on a nice Logan on CL for $500 that sold so figured I'd see if anybody has something taking up space in their garage they want to get rid of.

Shoot me a PM or text at (31O)892-two84six
Thanks!

That is a big boy for a home shop. Usually the beds are really long as well.

Good luck with your search.

It is? I would guess 24"-36" between centers on something with that swing.

Found an 11" Logan on Craigslist with a TON of tooling, chucks (3/4/6 jaw) follow rest, steady rest, yada yada. Looked at it Tues and struck a deal so going to pick it up tomorrow. The ways are a little worn but for what I want to do with it that doesn't bother me too much. Most stuff I'll use it for when I'm home is random bushings and such for car/bike/boat projects. We've got a LeBlonde Regal and a Haas TL2 at work for big stuff and or tight tolerance work.

I'll post some pics once I get it. Can't wait!!
