How much do you think it has come up? I'm hoping it comes up enough this year to have the drag boats back at elsinore. It needs to come up about 10 feet.

Don't know how much Elsinore has come up but Canyon Lake is still overflowing the dam and feeding into Elsinore. More rain tomorrow and Monday too.

Hell ya! Storm today is going to be bigger than the last. Very nice to see West Marina docs back in the water. May have to splash in a couple weeks if the weather is nice.

Things are still quite murky at Irvine Lake and I'm not talking about the water quality. The Irvine Company and Serrano Water District parted ways some time ago -- Serrano is no longer the lake's recreation concessionaire. The County of Orange was given the Irvine Company's portion of the recreation rights back in 2014. The Irvine Ranch Conservancy also seems to still have input into Irvine Lake's future. It's a shame that the lake is closed. Possibly a new private/public business arrangement will result once all the legal wrangling subsides and a new concessionaire emerges to reopen the lake.

Will Elsinore be less green with higher water level? Was it ever clear?

Wait Wait, so these families are blaming the lake? Wow!

Did they lake know they couldn't swim? Did the lake break any laws? No

This was a money grab by grieving families. It's never easy losing a loved one, but trying to place blame on the lake operators because of their own loved ones lack of preparation is just wrong. If the boat itself was unsafe and broke down from av mechanically problem fine, but come on.

How long have you been around? You know in kommifornia you are never at fault for your own fuck ups. It's always the one with the money's fault.
