Lots are certainly getting precious here in Havasu. This is a nice area for sure.
The biggest challenge I see with this lot is the fine balance between building as high as possible on the lot as you can to take advantage of the views but at the same time making sure that the driveway doesn't get too steep.
Have you had a survey? If so what is the pad height from Street?............could be a great candidate for a tuck under based on how much elevation you have to work with.

Hard to believe this hasn't sold......the last lot we listed ended up selling in 3 days for almost $10K over asking:hmm
