Terminal Block Install: Where and how?

I assume this harness (Chevy) bolts to the back of the block? Looks like it will take long fasteners to slap this on. Am I on the right track?

Correct. They are typically bolted to the back of the block just above where the flex plate cover is. They need to be high and dry

If you are rewiring those connections, you may want to upgrade the connections with better connectors and heat shrink tubing. If you are just bolting this back to the block "As is," ignore me and my post. :D

+1 at least put some heat shrink over those connectors.
