I can't thank Paul enough.. That ride has always been on my bucket list of rides I wanted to do. To be able to do it in the BullheadBully at 80-110 the whole way? Blipping it up to low 120's (running heavy BTW!). Words can't describe the boat or the experience, but I'm going to try in the upcoming article!!

In the meantime here's basically what it's like cruising in the bullhead bully! This was all shot with my I phone.. Real footage with the Go Pro's coming in the next day or two, of hopefully most of the ride all the way back! This boat is so quiet, so dialed in, and most importantly so FAST... It's surreal.

Thanks again Paul!! Looking forward to more with the Bullhead Bully and the Outboard Church!

Nice! I want to do the ride up to the casino. We just chicken out every time at the same spot. That shallow spot just north of the bridge.

It's not that bad but you do need to know your line. I'm thinking of doing a run with the go pro mounted on the Dash. I can post it here and let the upper river locals tweak or pick apart the sections of the video that people should be aware of.

But obviously no ones guaranteeing anything.

Btw been doing this for the last couple years in a Hallett Vector with 250 Optimax XS. Prop shaft roughly 1 inch bellow the keel.

Like I was telling Dave. There's always plenty of water. The river's dangerous when it's completely full because some of the taller islands are completely covered ( by a few inches of water ) But you are correct there is a line that is always the deepest line as long as you know that like you're fine even on one unit of water.

One unit to five units is about a 5 foot depth change.

And that changes from morning till afternoon every day.

What bums me out is that there is no stop really after AVI. Unless I've been missing it. The Laughlin spots seem to be very anti local boater

So how much time did it take you to get up to the Dam? I am thinking less than 45 minutes. :skull So is there any part of that trip that brings out the white knuckles? I have done that trip in my Jet Boat and Sea Doo and the only area that seems a little sketchy is just before Willow Valley Marina. BTW did you guys go into the man made cove by Piute Wash? Just wondering if they have done anything recent to the area.

There are quite a few hazards between the Avi and bullhead. Harrahs to the Dam is pretty wide open. No hazards in the middle of the river.

About an hour with the 3 no wake zones. (60 miles) We didn't look into the man made cove. Blew past it.
