I need to replace the Nyliner Bearings (#29). Looks like I remove the Shaft Pin (#15) and Rudder Pin (#55), I watched the YouTube videos by CP Performance on how to remove and install but there is no sound.
Remove:
Install:

I need to bring tools with me, does someone know exactly what I need and any tips on the job? Looks like a little grease on the inside of the Nyliner Bearing? Model is 12JG. Appreciate the tips!

Nyliner bushings are cheap and very simple to replace assuming that the various fasteners cooperate , the Videos you posted show a Place diverter vs a standard Berkeley nozzle which also uses similar nyliners to standard Berkeley applications , In general its simple a matter of removing the allen or set screw from the respective stainless pivot pins , pushing out the pin(s) replacing the nyliner and reinstalling the pin steering nozzle Nyliners install from the inside in most cases , so for example #1 remove set screws push out pins, #2 remove steering assy , #3 replace nyliner, reinstall pin and set screws, call anytime for Tech We answer dozens of calls live and personal every day vs FAQs and soundless Videos :cool 805 466 4719

I was hoping you would respond to this, thank you! Sounds straight forward and just need basic tools.

and some LOC-TITE ............

Professional shops always use it, and often forget to mention 'use Loc-Tite here', because it's just an everyday item like a tool for them ...........
