The windshield that I made. Two piece mold !

Here is the new windshield that I made. It was a chore but sure looks good!

I made a wood frame and skinned it with 3/16" hardwood door skin material. made the radius at the inside at the bottom with a spreader cut to the OD I wanted. then waxed it shot it with mold jell and chopped it . I will post pictures of the mold tomorrow.
