Hello,
Newbie here, joined as my wife and I just bought property in Havasu Landing. We are planning on putting up a garage to store our travel trailer and boat (buying the boat in a few months) anyway if you have any tips or suggestions for us I love to hear them.
No pics of the wife on the boat yet, sorry, here a pic of the truck and trailer...

May I suggest that as you 'meet people here', see if they are full timers, and PM them and get local contact info .

When you are at the lake and you need something (oh you will), often I or one of my friends will have time to pick you up at the ferry/dock/ramp, and drive you to a store/shop of your choice . (in Havasu City)

This will make things a lot quicker, since the California side is 'laidback', but all the supplies are on the Arizona side .

Just a thought, considering that it's a LONG DRIVE, VS a short boat ride ................
