What's the total BTU rating (20,000?) and do the indoor units split the total or are the different? Looks like 1 @ 9000 and one at 12000? And what seer rating (18)?
I might be interested.

You are correct about the capacity. I have no clue with the seer rating is of these but they are extremely efficient and Mitsubishis are about the best ductless systems out there.
