No time to finish them all this week, but the client is in a bind and need of a couple parts this week for a project he is fabbin up.

I designed a High Misalignment Sleeve for an 1-7/8 Heim :yikes to mount in a control arm.

So I will proof the program, do a first article and prove the concept and furnish him with a couple parts.

Got a 12 foot 2 in dia bar of 17-4 stainless I am going to burn up next week.

Stay tuned, pictures ok on this one. ;)

The + side to machining parts with an ASAP lead time is the other positive Sign $$$$$$$$$$$ :D

In a hurry = Expedite fee :)

Sadly, not the case. I caused the expedite since I wont be here until the following week.

Trying to cram three projects into three days while trying to stay out of vacation mode.

Hold please, almost there, client walked in and dropped off parts and wanted to bullshit. I came in the office to make a couple changes to the snap ring groove and we are done.

No shit, 1in hole through, 1-1/4 mounting thread....:yikes

Nothing that exciting, I assure you,

Doctor thought maybe I had/have diverticulitis(sp?), had to take 10 days worth of two antibiotics, cipro, the other antibiotic was flagyl. I was told not to drink alcohol under any circumstances (over 4th of July :rolleyes) while on this medication, "Violently ill" was the description I was given. :yikes

Noted.

That is over, finally, a week ago. :)

On a side note,

If you are insinuating narcotic perscriptions.... I forget the term, I think it is "Opioid Adverse", meaning I can take the shit and don't feel the effects, at all. I detailed the story in another thread from my open heart surgery in 2013.

Being that we actually have some before and after pics I'd like to move this to the machining section so we can actually find it later

....and that means few people will ever see it again.

Great.

Thanks?
