So trying to get some help to come up with a listing price. My dads best friend (74 yo dude) has finally decided is health is moving faster then his boat, and wants me to help him sell it. He purchased it from his boss whom was the first owner of the boat in 1980, and can give ALL history of the boat. He wants to sell it fairly quickly but also knows what it is he's ok with selling with some meat on the bone but isn't looking to give it away, so any help with getting an idea of a legit sellable price would be great, even better someone who knows what it is and wants it...

Here's the quick rundown:
1970 AquaCraft
18' runnerbottom

440 Chrysler
Vlasco crank
Eagle H beam rods
Icoa pistons 12/1
Chevy rod pins
Edelbrock Vector heads
MSD ignition
Racer Brown cam
440 source roller rockers
Weiand tunnel ram
Predator carb
Aluminum fabricated valve covers
New paint and interior
Tons of spares, headers, block, pistons, heads etc.

Only runner bottom AquaCraft ever built
Top speed: FAST

The old man who owns it, and told me!! It's outside my league of knowledge but we took it to Billy B's shop to talk to him and see what he had to say and he was impressed as he'd never seen one by AquaCraft either and was impressed. I know it's flat with a 1" or so tunnel type section that's on the very outside of each side. Meant to also take pics of bottom but didn't. I know Billy B did take a few pics of the bottom however.

Yea I know nothing about the flatty's but know it's bad ass and wish I had garage room I'd be all over it myself, but as I said was told it's the one and only Runner Bottom (no clue what makes a flat to runner bottom) but as I said Billy B was impressed as he said he'd never seen one from AquaCraft before himself.

I would have to say that if this is drop chined or a runner bottom..it wasn't done by Aqua Craft. Somebody along the way have done some custom work that was not in the mold. My thoughts only. Did not see every boat Skip built. I think if you were to look at the years that runner bottoms were actually introduced...I wouldn't be surprised if Skip was already dead...or very close to that timeline..

If anyone is interested he's in the ballpark of wanting 18k for the boat.
