62 1/2 inches tall at the back bed. You might be able to strap the suspension down or remove the bed... Lengthwise not a problem.

I'm guessing 5000-6000 lbs. 1/2 ton towable for sure. Edit- I've never weighed it, but after thinking about it I'd guess closer to 5000...
