That's insane. Would imagine this will affect tourism if it makes the MSM.

So I assume that they are just going to wash it all into the storm drains then, right? :eek

Yup, right along with dog shit, cat shit, horse shit, bird shit, bat shit, rat shit, and the occasional goat shit, cow shit, chicken shit, and sheep shit. Might even be some monkey shit and baboon shit involved. And keep in mind all the bullshit that could get loose around government buildings. All shit dumped in the outdoors eventually finds it's way into the storm sewers.;)

What I don't understand is how all the liberals in CA government haven't ended the homeless situations to the point of at least providing a sanitary means of taking a shit and cleaning up afterward by disinfecting hands used to wipe their nasty asses? Too busy trapping bovine flatulence and such I suppose.....:hmm

Don't go there.....This time last week I was showering with a garden hose at 6:00 am on my back deck because our sewer plant was under flood waters for that fuckin' Harvey.:skull

Storm sewer output doesn't get treated by the way. Bum shit goes right into the watershed.;)

That's what I was getting at. Why should everybody else pay to have it treated. Just shit on the sidewalk.

I wonder what this costs? Sad that we have reached a point of having to accept this sort of behavior as normal or somehow good.

Meanwhile, additional San Diego police escorts will be provided for the county's mobile vaccination teams and expanded vaccination clinics will be opened at public libraries.

Same situation in Anaheim, the encampment along the Santa Ana bike trail is getting huge, the smell is unreal as you ride by.

Would love to see a study of what percentage has the mental capability to hold down a job vs. what percentage are dirt bag druggies.

It seems like it has swung quite a bit to the latter in the last 10 years.

Anaheim is a shit show lots of young drug addicts that would rather camp on the river trail then hold down work. Drugs and prostitution are ramped there it's kind of mind blowing the first time you see it. Some pretty elaborate camps set up not just shopping carts and cardboard boxes.

I would gladly trade 10 hard working hispanics for these shit bags....export them to tj.

I hate too say this, I would rather have the tweakers then the heroin addicts. It is getting ugly up here in the liberal hell holes.

Generators, lighting, living room and bedroom furniture, very elaborate except they still take a shit in the river bed.

Did you see that the Anaheim Citi Council ordered the police to start patrolling the encampments this Friday.

Patrolling but not removing.

Orange tossed them out so they just moved down the trail into Anaheim city limits and are set up bigger than ever all around the Honda center on the east side of the river. Pretty soon I'm sure we will be seeing two story set ups.

Hopefully the city will inspect them for structural.

I live down here and the numbers are staggering.

Typically the county sees 12 cases a year.

We are up to over 400 in 10 months!

290 have been hospitalized, 16 dead, another 100 not hospitalized yet.

WTF is going on here?

There was a report that this was a consequence of the "plastic bag ban" as the homeless would shit in the readily available bags. Apparently they are tough to come by now.

Hep A is a gross mofo. A homeless man wipes his ass with his hands, then touches a door knob to a starbucks which you then use. If you happen to wipe your mouth or nose you run the risk of being infected.

This is absolutely insane. I am avoiding downtown literally like the plague now.

It'd be cheaper to put a bunch of andy gumps out and just service them.

There's a nasty image I'll have to deal with all morning......These addicts and mental cases are reverting back to animals.

Sorry for insulting animals.:rolleyes

I noticed the sheriff was there yesterday morning with a tactical unit along with patrol cars.

The encampment is hard to miss while driving by the big A.

I doubt that they would do that without going by the SWPPP gudelines. I know they take the SWPPP program very serious here in So Cal. Heavy fines.

Sure they do. Unless you are the city or county. Then you can do whatever you want lol.

I could show you the 186 page Preparation Manual for SWPPP that the County has came up with. But something tells me you wouldn't believe it anyway. :rolleyes

Oh I would believe it, I just don't see any city or county fining themselves rofl.

I have watched the city here do unbelievable things, and just pretty much ignore their own laws.

I drove by it today.. and it is notably bigger than it was just a few weeks ago. Someone tried to build a Taj Mahal of EZ Ups.

If they follow SWPPP rules, the only practical solution is to get rid of the source, these tent cities. Or provide areas that block runoff and force these folks to move there. No other options from what i'm familiar with as far as agricultural guidelines go.

I'm sure you're familiar with the issues, as they've been pretty prominent as far as dead zones in the GoM and the great raft of trash off the CA coast. These tent cities are small in comparison to other major sources, but it all adds up and is against the rules.

Sad we have humans regressing back to the dark ages and 3rd world shitholes......But that's life I suppose.;)

Bums and their feces are protected. Get back to work and follow the rules laid out for only you, Alt Tard.
