Grad's is making boating great again!! Great timing on the seasons guessing you were waiting to possibly save a few bucks on the right one? I only got 3 trips on my new to me boat it's rough looking at it in the garage knowing it's going to be there a while with winter

Does it match your Speedos and toenails??

Formula 260 SS, 496Mag/Bravo3, 265 hours.....and the best part is it is Niners colors!:rolleyes:D Got a great deal that I could not refuse. Does it have everything I set out to get? No, but I also only spent 1/3 of what I was looking to. I got to tell you though, the smile I had today on Tahoe was priceless...I am very happy with it. :D

I'll get some better pics when I bring it home on Saturday.

Congrats Grads. That's a cool ride.

Don't fuck with the motor. Leave is stock and put 1,000 trouble free hours on it. You'll sell it sooner than that anyway, why waste the money?

I forgot to add that it is a one owner boat and I bought it from the dealership that has serviced it since day 1. And it has only been on Lake Tahoe its entire life which means it's been in temperature controlled storage for at least 6 months a year.

Very nice, looks like a good size as you can still trailer it around to other places easily, compared to a big monster Formula. Looks like it has a lot of room, congratulations!

When i bought my formula i lookef at those 260ss, they are bitchin boats. I went with the 271 thinking i would want the bigger cabin, but i see where the semi express cruiser boats make sense. Awesome float no doubt!!

Geeat boat, congrats! I've spent a fair amount of time on a 330ss, and it's amazing how many people can comfortably fit on the boat.

Congratulations Grads. Sweet boat. I'm glad I called first and didn't just swing by your place to see it...since it is still in Tahoe. Can't wait to hit the water. :thumbsup:thumbsup

Greg,

Good choice, enjoy!.

I have a 1998 41 PC Formula and it's a great ride especially in rough conditions. Yes, it is amazing how big these cruisers are when out of the water, I believe this one weighs 20K plus on the travel lift.

Definitely fits in up in Tahoe. Cobalts, Formulas and Nautique G series boats are the favorites around here for sure!

Went and picked the boat up in Tahoe today and brought it home. It is the smallest and slowest boat we have ever owned and it needs a little TLC but we are so stoked! I see a lot of stress free boating in our future.:thumbsup

Boating season is officially over in Tahoe....There was a little bit of snow on the boat when we picked it up.

So I don't know if you guys remember the story but about a year after my good friend's accident out on Folsom his wife gave me an Eliminator hat that I had given to him years prior and obviously he had worn it quite a bit. It is something very special to me.

The funny or ironic thing is, he was a Formula owner for years. In fact he had a 100 m.p.h. 35' Formula. We used to go back and forth about what was the better boat...Eliminator or Formula.

Well today I found the perfect spot for his Eliminator hat on my Formula.:thumbsup

The colors are perfect. They'll look good on your toe nails.

Seriously though, very nice boat. I have been thinking that my next boat will be geared a little more towards comfort. That looks like a good option.

Will you get it out on the delta?

Not sure if you have or not but post some pics of underneath. I'm curious to know what's down there.

The ss models have a u shaped seat with table that turns into a full size bed and the sr models have the more traditional couches and bed further forward

You got any pics of the Cuddy? We are planning on getting rid of the open bow at some point in the future.

My buddy in Vegas has a 26 Formula. Very nice boat with lots of room.

Looks like we should try for another RDP Tahoe run, this time in the spring. Should have enough lead time now to pick a weekend that doesn't conflict with anything. I'm thinking May or June?

I'll be winterizing mine this week. I got a winterization kit from Amazon and a few gallons of anti-freeze to run through the engines. It doesn't get cold enough for long enough here to really need it but I don't want to take any chances. All reports are saying we are going to have another strong winter.:thumbsup
