The 20' v-drive just might be one of the rarest Schiadas. They are by far one of my favorite boats, and in my opinion, the perfect balance between the hot rod/go cart Flatty and 21 Cruiser. I love em!:D

Let's see em!

This one is Marty Harper's 1980 20'. It's a retired ski race boat. It even has the classic gold Schiada stickers.:thumbsup

This 1981 20' belongs to Bryan Jones. From what I remember, he purchased the boat from Nick Constantino in the late 80's and had it completely re-gelled in the early 90's. From the way he described the original colors it sounded like RacerDen's 20. He said that he always wanted to take the exhaust thru the transom but decided against it do to the headers being so rare. Made by a fella named Banister, he's never seen another pair like em and they never get hot. Last year the boat was capped and it turned out bitchin'. :D

Great meeting you too! Marty's boat is a blast. So is Bryan's. I'm curious to know what a new bare 20'er costs as well.

I recognize that boat. Did you have that For Sale a few years back? Is that the old Bill Johnson boat?

Where is it located now?

Why don't you post the video from Don Pedro....also a few other pics, interior is really nice?

Yes, it was for sale a few years back and yes it was Johnson's old boat.
Spudwig did a TON of work on this boat. There was almost nothing original from when he bought it to when he sold it. I will second it, what a blast to drive, had more fun in that boat going 50-60 mph, all you needed to do was find some nice choppy water, which was easy to do since most of the boating we did was ay Havasu or Mead.

Spud can answer for sure about location of it, but I think it is at Bass Lake.

20' set up GN style, Tall Deck BBC, with stack injection & EFI, and dry headers is the ideal Parker fun machine in my opinion... 2 seats, no interior. Long column, motor set forward. :thumbsup

No, the engine cover is as low as we could get it without touching the exhaust. This boat has really large stringers, which might be causing some of the issue as well.

Is that the old miller boat? I used to love watching that thing pull into the dock up at the lake.

Not sure.

According to SKIA36, Chris Lutz used to own the boat in arrowhead.

I bought the bought off a guy name Phil.

Yes, that is the old Miller boat. It was called "Miller High Life". Then it was owned by another family in Arrowhead and was called "Clean Machine".

When I was little, I would sit on the end of the dock and watch "Miller High Life" and "Sod Buster" (Yellow 21' owned by John Cummings) come in from the races.

I have visited Parker strip with friends and family for several years now. Brian was one of the guys in the group that I would hang out with a lot. My better half has known Brian since she was young as Brian and Shirley are friends of her parents. Sadly Brian past away August 30 2016 . We had always loved his boat . And when we were called a few months back to see if we would like to purchase it, there was no doubt about it. It is going to be our honor and pleasure to keep this boat running the Parker strip for many years to come with Brian in our hearts and memories. You are badly missed Brian.
